Role Overview

Are you a detail-oriented procurement and supply chain professional with strong supplier management and logistics coordination skills?

We are hiring a Procurement Operations & Logistics Support professional to support end-to-end procurement activities, supplier coordination, logistics management, and national procurement initiatives.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely procurement, delivery, compliance, and accurate documentation.

What You'll Do

• Procurement Operations: Review and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs), source suppliers, conduct competitive bidding, evaluate proposals, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

• Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with requesters, end-users, and suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth procurement transactions.

• Logistics Management: Monitor open POs, particularly outage and critical items, coordinate delivery schedules and shipping documents, and follow up on potential delays.

• Importation & Shipment Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders for customs clearance, shipment tracking, and last-mile delivery while coordinating with regional inventory and warehouse teams.

• Procurement Compliance & Documentation: Ensure transactions comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations while maintaining accurate procurement records and ERP data.

• Procurement Initiatives: Support tax incentive implementation for indent POs and assist in the clean-up and closure of open POs based on approved documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Background: Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Industry Experience: Experience in the power generation industry is highly preferred.

• Procurement Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, competitive bidding, and negotiation.

• Logistics Knowledge: Working knowledge of logistics, importation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.

• Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or Maximo and procurement workflows.

• Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Compliance: Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
