A growing logistics company is looking for a Procurement Supervisor to oversee procurement operations, supplier management, and purchasing activities across the organization. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and operational standards.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, and supply management who can build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and procurement processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and purchasing strategies.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and service performance.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations and KPI monitoring.
Coordinate purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and documentation processes with internal departments.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve procurement-related concerns.
Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to support operational and business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, supplier negotiations, invoicing, and inventory support.
Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement documentation.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
