Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain operations.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Source and evaluate qualified local and international suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
Assist in supplier accreditation, vendor performance evaluation, and relationship management.
Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while ensuring quality standards are met.
Process purchase requests and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work under minimal supervision.
Team player with a positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
