Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sourcing, supplier management, bid evaluation, negotiation, and procurement operations.

Job Description
  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for complex and high-value categories.

  • Manage supplier bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract development.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead supplier selection, assessment, and performance evaluation processes.

  • Develop and implement cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives while maintaining quality and service requirements.

  • Conduct spend analysis and identify procurement trends, risks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Manage procurement records and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

  • Lead cross-functional demand planning and forecasting activities.

  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.

  • Monitor supplier performance and identify potential issues that may affect supply continuity.

  • Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices and ensure supplier compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable local regulations.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on procurement, sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Legal, and other business units, to support procurement requirements and organizational objectives.

  • Make informed and timely decisions while balancing cost, quality, delivery, and business requirements.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related functions.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience as a senior procurement specialist or subject matter expert.

  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.

  • In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management and supplier performance monitoring.

  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation, including pricing models, risk allocation, and long-term value creation.

  • Experience in identifying and implementing cost-saving and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with procurement automation tools and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, demand forecasting, and risk assessment.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder procurement initiatives.
