VITRO, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing across high-value categories and manage supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure value, compliance, and continuity.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for complex and high-value categories.
Manage supplier bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract development.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Lead supplier selection, assessment, and performance evaluation processes.
Develop and implement cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives while maintaining quality and service requirements.
Conduct spend analysis and identify procurement trends, risks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Manage procurement records and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
Lead cross-functional demand planning and forecasting activities.
Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
Monitor supplier performance and identify potential issues that may affect supply continuity.
Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices and ensure supplier compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable local regulations.
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members on procurement, sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Legal, and other business units, to support procurement requirements and organizational objectives.
Make informed and timely decisions while balancing cost, quality, delivery, and business requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related functions.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience as a senior procurement specialist or subject matter expert.
Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.
In-depth knowledge of supplier relationship management and supplier performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of contract negotiation, including pricing models, risk allocation, and long-term value creation.
Experience in identifying and implementing cost-saving and cost optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Familiarity with procurement automation tools and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, demand forecasting, and risk assessment.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder procurement initiatives.
