Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial

At least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or hospital industry
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and strategic sourcing.
Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial and budget management capabilities.
Proficient in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Oversee supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance management.
Manage procurement budgets and monitor purchasing expenditures.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply disruptions and vendor-related issues.
Stay current with application development practices, technologies, and available vendor solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
