Role Summary

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations across multiple client portfolios, driving service excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business value. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver sourcing strategies, optimize procurement performance, and lead high-performing teams in achieving operational and commercial objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement delivery across one or more client accounts

• Partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that drive value, savings, and operational efficiency

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted business advisor

• Drive service excellence by monitoring performance against KPIs and SLA commitments

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and outcomes

• Manage workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and team engagement activities

• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and delivery risks

• Support sales opportunities and solution development by leveraging procurement expertise

• Deliver executive reporting, business insights, and performance recommendations

• Develop and coach procurement professionals to build future leaders

What We're Looking For

• 10-12 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client-facing operations

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor management, and procurement operations

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client relationship development

• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing performance metrics, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Industry experience across procurement, shared services, manufacturing, technology, financial services, or consulting is welcome
