Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Healthcare/pharma/medical/FMCG/retail experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience handling local and international suppliers is preferred.
• FDA/regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems.

• Support procurement process improvements and reporting tools.

We're looking for a Strategic Procurement Officer to help ensure our clinics have the products and supplies they need to operate smoothly. In this role, you'll manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, place purchase orders, and work closely with different teams to keep inventory available while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Convert demand forecasts into purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Track purchase orders and proactively manage delays or potential stock shortages
• Work with Supply Chain Planning to maintain healthy inventory levels
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without affecting quality or supply
• Prepare procurement reports, including purchase order status, supplier performance, and inventory risks
• Coordinate with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Clinic Operations to ensure timely and compliant procurement
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, FMCG, retail, or a similar industry is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience handling local and international suppliers is preferred
• Knowledge of FDA or regulatory requirements is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP or inventory management systems
