Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced procurement manager to oversee the procurement of goods and services across the group.

You will lead a team, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing. The role requires strong negotiation, contract management, and inventory control skills, plus leadership and excellent communication to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and procurement/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of budget management and cost-reduction strategies.
