Job summary

Param Bengaluru is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for exhibits, events, workshops, and operations. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of procurement experience, strong Excel and ERP software skills, and a solid understanding of procurement compliance and contracts, enabling cost-effective sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement or ERP software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic contract terms and procurement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order creation.
• Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs for exhibits, workshops, events, and maintenance.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and consumables while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Review and compare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalise purchase agreements.
• Track order status, delivery timelines, and follow up with vendors for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor databases.
• Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve supply-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with organisational procurement policies and quality standards.
• Assist in budget planning by providing cost estimates and procurement forecasts.
