Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, supplier onboarding, and performance management. The role ensures timely, accurate transactions and drives cost efficiency with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will lead and coach a procurement team, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance. Travel may be required for supplier meetings or audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, supply chain, or P2P operations.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, P2P, sourcing, supplier management, and contract compliance.

Job description

The Procurement Supervisor oversees the effective and efficient execution of procurement activities, covering Procure-to-Pay operations and vendor management. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions, monitors supplier performance, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support cost efficiency, operational continuity, and service quality. The position also leads the Procurement team and drives process improvements to strengthen procurement operations and compliance.

Basic Function

• Supervise end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities, from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and payment coordination.
• Oversee supplier sourcing, accreditation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, supplier performance, and transaction accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement team to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve procurement concerns and ensure business requirements are met.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and ensure proper procurement documentation and compliance.

Qualification Guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, supply chain, or Procure-to-Pay operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, P2P, sourcing, supplier management, and contract compliance.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; SAP or other ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract management, or supply chain training is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally for supplier meetings, evaluations, audits, or site visits.
