Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support the Purchasing Department in replenishing inventory and ensuring product availability. You will prepare purchase orders, monitor stock levels and sales trends, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

The role supports adherence to purchasing policies and documentation standards while assisting in reporting and data upkeep to empower better decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year of purchasing, supply chain, inventory or related admin experience preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders per guidelines and replenishment schedules.
• Monitor sales trends and inventory levels to determine stock needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
