Qualifications

• Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase request, forms and document based on approved document
• Assist in filing invoices, receipt, delivery receipts and warranty documents
• Update purchasing logs, supplier list and inventory record accurately
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules and shipment updates
