Vertiv is seeking a Coordinator II, Procurement Excellence Expediting in the Philippines to coordinate and accelerate Commercial Change Order activities. You will liaise with suppliers, Category Managers, Engineering, MDM, and Procurement to ensure timely sourcing, quotations, and change management.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, English fluency, and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities. You’ll maintain documentation, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or business.
  • 1-3 years related experience preferred.

  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge; basic PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expedite CCO activities from RFQs to completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and sourcing information; communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure timely supplier responses.
  • Review Change Orders for completeness and required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Category Managers for pending approvals on critical parts.
  • Update KPI dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, MDM, and Procurement to resolve issues.
  • Promote governance to mitigate escalations and ensure quality.
  • Update trackers, dashboards, and reports on Change Order performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sourcing requirements.
  • Serve as back-up for related functions for continuity.

Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator II, Procurement Excellence Expediting is responsible for coordinating and expediting Commercial Change Order (CCO) activities under Procurement to ensure timely completion, supplier responsiveness, and adherence to established service level agreements. This role serves as a key liaison among suppliers, Category Managers, Engineering, MDM and Procurement, and other stakeholders to drive the completion of sourcing requirements, supplier quotations, and change management activities. This role also monitors supplier RFQs, conducts follow-ups and escalations, conducts regular cadence calls with internal and external stakeholders and ensures accurate documentation and tracking of updates per CCO and part numbers affected. The role also analyzes quote status, identifies bottlenecks and coordinates to implement corrective actions to maintain workflow and efficiency and support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and expedite CCO activities under Procurement from sent RFQs through completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirmations, and required sourcing information. Uses both Spanish and English language to communicate.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups and escalations to ensure timely supplier responses.
  • Review Change Orders and validate completeness of documentation and requirements.
  • Coordinate with Category Managers for pending approvals and help needed on critical part numbers under the CCO process
  • Help in the regular updates of the team’s various KPI dashboards to ensure its completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with Category Managers, Engineering, MDM, and Procurement teams to resolve issues and drive closure.
  • Promote quality governance to mitigate escalations from stakeholders
  • Update trackers, dashboards, and reports related to Change Order performance and aging.
  • Coordinate solutions and sound recommendation for stakeholder/supplier’s queries & problems
  • Record and submit periodic transaction records, log sheets/trackers and slide decks
  • Participate during business overview presentations and KPI reporting to business partners.
  • Facilitate conference calls, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders/suppliers.
  • Contribute to improve SLA performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support process improvement projects and automation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing requirements, and quality standards
  • Serve as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course preferably Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business related discipline
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Fluent and Conversant both in written and verbal English
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge
  • Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge
