Vertiv Mandaluyong seeks a Procurement Excellence / Operations Coordinator II to scrub item data, maintain ERP attributes, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent disruptions. You’ll manage sourcing routing, lead KPI dashboards, and ensure timely procurement processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-3 years related experience.
Fluent/conversant in written and verbal English.
Proficient MS Excel; basic PowerPoint knowledge.
Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience creating/interpreting dashboards (Smartsheet/Power BI).
Familiarity with AI, RPA, ML concepts for process improvement.

Responsibilities

Execute item attribution scrubbing, setup, and maintenance; support supplier communications.
Maintain procurement parameters in ERP (pricing, MOQ, lead time, sourcing rules).
Lead Sourcing Part Setup and resolve issues with Procurement/MDM; sign-off tasks in PD Cloud/Alice.
Maintain KPI dashboards for accuracy and timeliness.
Manage workload to meet deadlines and communicate risks.
Review data quality and provide peer feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders for timely procurement system updates.
Support automation tools (RPA, ML) maintenance and improvement.
