Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Data/ERP Analyst to support procurement and item configuration activities. You will manage BOM attributes, create items in ERP, and oversee ECO-related processes to ensure accurate data across Oracle E-Business Suite Alice and Oracle PD Cloud.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a cross-functional team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BOM management and item creation in ERP systems.
• PLM process understanding is required.
• Engineering Change Order management experience.
• Strong MS Office and Teams skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP item attributes for procurement parameters (price, lead time, MOQ, etc.).
• Generate reports and analyses from data related to parts and supplier requirements.
• Follow predefined processes to ensure accuracy of information.
• Monitor CO/NRCO tasks and stakeholders' approvals.
• Audit item attributes and information for ERP and PLM scores.
• Load production BOMs in Oracle E-Business Suite Alice to support change orders.
