Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily operations in Batangas, including purchasing, logistics, inventory and distribution. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Finance to align activities and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years in supply chain/logistics with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; cross-functional ability.
Proficient in MS Office; no disciplinary issues in the past year; not under PIP.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory and distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team.
Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (customs, transportation, EH&S).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align activities.
Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization.
