Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a senior procurement leader in the Philippines to drive supplier management, cost reductions, and strategic sourcing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/JDE), and the ability to align procurement activities with program milestones and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment preferred.
• No disciplinary action for one year; not under a Performance Improvement Plan.
• At least a year in current position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the procurement team within defined strategy.
• Manage procurement activities for materials from structural to cosmetic parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet program milestones.
• Perform supply/demand analysis to support MRP and supplier scheduling.
• Review BOM releases, ECN, and drawings to trigger MRP/demand.
• Engage in cost-saving activities and coordinate with strategic sourcing.
• Monitor KPIs like supplier quality, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
• Conduct supplier visits and evaluations to enable production schedules.
• Act as Supply Chain contact for internal/external customers.
• Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain execution.
