Job summary

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, or similar business applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review Purchase Requests, Material Requests, and other purchasing requirements.
• Source and canvass materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and services from suppliers.
• Request and compare supplier quotations, prices, specifications, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and purchasing documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, specifications, payment terms, and delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, backorders, costs, and urgent requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Industrial Designers, Sub-Contractors, Warehouse, Accounting, and other departments.
• Assist in checking delivered materials based on quantity, specifications, quality, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update supplier and purchasing records, including transactions in Odoo.
• Report material shortages, delivery delays, price changes, supplier concerns, and quality issues.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
