Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City seeks a Training Delivery Specialist to map operational training plans and lead end-to-end training from recruitment handover to production.

You will deliver classroom, process, and on-the-job training, ensure readiness of pre-training requirements, and manage remediation activities while maintaining privacy and security of information. Rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in an operational or project environment.
• Ability to manage end-to-end training programs, including classroom, process, and on-the-job learning.
• Strong skills in training needs analysis, curriculum planning, assessment administration, and results analysis.

Responsibilities

• Map operational training plans according to business needs, ramp requirements, and attrition requirements.
• Ensure readiness of all pre-training requirements, including classroom and trainer readiness.
• Execute and manage the end-to-end training process from recruitment handover to official transition to production.
• Deliver pre-process, process, and on-the-job training with accurate and timely execution.
• Manage remediation activities when necessary.
• Deliver agreed training yield and pass rates for identified skills verification process KPIs based on production expectations and requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Workforce teams to address issues affecting project metrics.
• Create, administer, and analyse proficiency examinations, tests, and assessments.
• Roll out policy updates and policy changes to project members.
• Conduct training needs analyses.
• Map curricula and plan daily and weekly training agendas.
• Review and revise training content.
• Develop new training content not originally included in the curriculum, subject to client approval.
• Protect confidential information entrusted to the role or otherwise accessed.
• Do not disclose confidential Company, client, or third-party information outside the Company except as authorized.
• Do not use confidential client, third-party, or Company information for personal gain or advantage.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding matters concerning other clients or engagements unless expressly authorized.
• Immediately open and act upon security communications from Protecting Accenture.
