Job summary

Symbos is seeking a Trainer to deliver onboarding, process and operational training for customer-facing teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. The role involves facilitating sessions, assessing learner readiness, coaching and collaborating with Operations and Quality to ensure a smooth transition into production.

You will lead engaging training experiences using approved materials, administer assessments and tracking records, and provide targeted support to address learning gaps.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of training, facilitation or coaching experience
• Experience delivering onboarding, process or operational training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively
• Experience assessing learner performance and providing coaching
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work Australian operational schedules when required
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business outcomes
• Onsite work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering onboarding, process or operational training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience assessing learner performance and providing coaching
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work Australian operational schedules when required
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business outcomes
• Amenable to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay

Nice to Have

• Experience in a BPO or contact centre environment
• Exposure to virtual training platforms and learning management systems
