Job summary

Probe Group in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Training Manager to lead the training strategy and to develop high-performing teams. You will design programs, drive improvements, and partner with Operations, Quality, HR to close performance gaps.

Onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City with a dayshift schedule, you will manage training leaders and ensure training programs align with business needs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Training/Learning & Development.
• Experience managing training teams and/or Training Managers.
• Strong background in training strategy, learning program development, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City and on a dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall training and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop Training Managers, Trainers, and learning teams.
• Design and implement impactful training programs and learning initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to address performance gaps.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs, learning metrics, and business results.
• Drive continuous improvement across training processes, programs, and methodologies.
• Present training insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure training programs and materials remain relevant, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

We’re looking for a Senior Training Manager to lead our training strategy, develop high-performing training teams, and drive continuous improvement across our learning programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the overall training and development strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage, coach, and develop Training Managers, Trainers, and learning teams
• Design and implement impactful training programs and learning initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to address performance gaps

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Training/Learning & Development, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced corporate environment
• Proven experience managing training teams and/or Training Managers
• Strong background in training strategy, learning program development, and performance management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable improvements
• Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule
