Qualifications

• Working knowledge of pump and pasteurizer operations.
• GMP, HACCP knowledge and safety regulations in food/FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, utility diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of process automation and improving equipment efficiency.

Role Description

The Process Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring that packaging and processing activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The Process Supervisor will analyze process performance, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves training and coaching team members, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or any related course.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in process engineering within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
• Working knowledge in pump and pasteurizer operations.
• In-depth knowledge of process engineering concepts, equipment operation, and utility systems (such as chillers, compressors, and boilers).
• Experienced in process mapping, conducting root cause analysis, and applying statistical process control techniques.
• Capable of interpreting technical blueprints, utility diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Knowledgeable about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and safety regulations in the food industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
• Familiarity with technical software like AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA is a plus.
• Skilled in process automation and enhancing equipment efficiency.
