Innovative Packaging Industry Corporation in Valenzuela is seeking a Process Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensuring packaging and processing meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The role involves analyzing performance, implementing improvements, and training the team to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering, with at least 3 years in FMCG/process engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
• At least 3 years of process engineering experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of pump and pasteurizer operations.
• GMP, HACCP knowledge and safety regulations in food/FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, utility diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of process automation and improving equipment efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Train and coach team members; prepare performance reports.
