Job summary

CDO is seeking a production supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations at the Batangas plant. The role requires supervising the production process, creating schedules, and prioritizing plans to enhance efficiency.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience or 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing. Knowledge of quality and food safety, plus strong MS Office skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant or 2 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
• Professional license obtained from related fields is an advantage.
• Excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel.

• Professional license obtained from related fields of expertise is an advantage.
• With excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel assigned in routine to complex operationalprocesses.
• With advanced knowledge in quality and food safety.
• Embodies positive working attitude, systematic approach, analytical and conceptual ability, mental alertness, focus, and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications.

Capable of working in a flexible schedule and working environments. Successful applicants will be assigned in Malvar, Batangas Plant.
