The Opportunity
Coordinate legal document service assignments by working closely with Process Servers and clients. You'll monitor order status, provide timely updates, process related documents and invoices, and ensure serves are completed accurately and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Assign legal documents and service orders to appropriate Process Servers
- Monitor orders and ensure serves are completed by the required deadlines
- Communicate with Process Servers to obtain status updates and required documents
- Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their service requests
- Process Process Server invoices, field sheets, witness fees, and other related payments
- Update systems and databases with accurate order, serve, and correspondence details
- Conduct address and registered-agent research and coordinate documents for court filing and billing
Key Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office-based role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling phone calls and professional email correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and identify key information from detailed notes
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow up and keep tasks on track
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with computer-based systems and reports
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time 8:00AM to 5:00PM (8:00PM – 5:00AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
