What You'll Do
- Managed and routed high-volume documents through a centralized inbox.

Key Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in the medical or insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with knowledge of PDF/TIFF files.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of documents and data.
- Comfortable using databases, online platforms, and document management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Pacific Standard Time of 8.00am to 5.00pm (11.00pm to 8.00am PHT). Fully on-site throughout the 6‑month probationary period. Upon successful completion, it will transition to hybrid setup with 3 days on-site (Monday to Wednesday) and 2 days work‑from‑home (Thursday and Friday) – subject to satisfactory performance review.
