Michael Page seeks a driven Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders across the organization, documenting requirements and shaping processes for AI-enabled and automated solutions. The role focuses on balancing automation with human oversight while driving efficiency and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map workflows, measure outcomes with data, and support change management to ensure smooth user adoption in a flexible Manila or Iloilo work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting process redesign and automation initiatives using AI, low-code, or workflow tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and business analysis documentation.
• Assist in the development of AI-enabled and agentic solutions that balance automation with human oversight.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement process enhancements and digital solutions.
• Use data and performance metrics to measure outcomes and recommend further improvements.
• Contribute to workflow redesign initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and scalability.
• Support change management activities, including communications, training, and user adoption.
• Help operational teams build capabilities for working effectively within human-in-the-loop environments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI and automation opportunities.
