Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5+ years as BA, BPE, or Systems Analyst in insurance/financial services.
• Solid understanding of core insurance products and lifecycles, with experience in system implementations.

Aufgaben

• Business Process Engineering & Optimization across underwriting, policy admin, billing, and claims.
• End-to-end Delivery of system implementations, migrations, and improvements; manage cross-functional teams.
• Change Management: SOPs, training, and change frameworks; ensure governance and compliance.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: oversee UAT and validation, coordinate defect management and ensure quality standards.
