Job summary

Automobile Association Philippines is seeking a Business Process Analyst to document, map, and evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements that raise efficiency and quality across departments.

You will lead workshops with stakeholders, produce clear process documentation, and help implement approved changes while ensuring alignment with systems and controls. Candidates should bring a degree in business or related field and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in process mapping, analysis, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping and documentation of current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate business processes against organizational goals, policies, and best practices.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process changes.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive process documentation, reports, and presentations for management and project teams.
• Support the implementation of approved process improvements and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of processes with systems and controls.
• Ensure process changes are properly communicated and documented.
