You will oversee end-to-end BPR projects, ensure timely delivery, validate system requirements, and train teams on new procedures, aiming for measurable productivity gains and reduced manual work.

Qualifications

• Experience in business improvement projects and systems automation implementation.
• Strong project management skills and supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Office and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• BPR – Business Process Review/Process Analysis and Improvements.
• Policies and Procedures development and documentation for existing and new processes.
• Software Development/Automation projects with user stories and system specs.
• System Monitoring and Control post-implementation and issue escalation.
• Database maintenance and ensuring data integrity for management decisions.
