Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, CS, Insurance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Life/Non-Life Insurance, HMO, Pre-Need, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience with insurance core systems or policy administration platforms.
• Knowledge of Insurance Commission regulations and guidelines.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Project Management, or Process Improvement are an advantage but not required.
