Job summary

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM and other business tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Care business processes.
