Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong, Philippines, invites a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support to drive business process improvements within the ANZ Customer Care team. You will support inquiry handling, proposals, order management, and post-order activities across Automation Solutions while collaborating to align outcomes with strategic goals.

You will guide day-to-day support and process training, ensuring effective communication of policies and decisions to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle and CRM software.
