Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, seeks a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support to establish, test, implement, and support new processes within the ANZ Customer Care team. You will oversee inquiry handling, proposals, order management, and post-order activities across Automation Solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Care business processes.

If you are a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this gives you the chance to establish, test, implement, and support new processes and process modifications within the ANZ Customer Care team. In this role, you will support functions covering inquiry handling, proposals, order management, and post-order activities across the Automation Solutions business groups. You will work collaboratively across the organization to ensure business process outcomes align with strategic goals while providing day-to-day support and process training that is aligned with the organization’s objectives.
