Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist in Metro Manila to drive standardization and transformation initiatives across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor data-driven improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years in process improvement or related fields, plus strong analytics, problem solving and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in process improvement, business excellence, or project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process standardization initiatives for consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and close process gaps using structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using best-practice methods.
• Develop metrics to evaluate impact and report results to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end project activities from planning to closure.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams.
