Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist for a Return to Office setup in Muntinlupa (Filinvest Axis Tower 1). The role focuses on process improvement across the organization, coaching teams on business excellence principles, and developing standardized performance measurements.

The candidate should have exposure to Six Sigma concepts or belt levels and be comfortable with cross-functional initiatives and client-facing interactions within a BPO/Shared Services

Qualifications

• Willing to consider Yellow Belt trained/certified.
• Experience in process improvement with VSM.
• Open to candidates with various belt levels and no six sigma cert required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis and input from employees.
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes.
• Support development and implementation of formal management reviews of KPIs and operating results.
