Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines invites a Business Transformation Specialist to drive process improvement across client-facing projects within a return-to-office setting. You will coach teams, develop delivery excellence training, and help implement KPI measurement and governance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to lead internal improvements even without formal six sigma certification, with ASEAN+India candidate scope.

Qualifications

• Willing to consider Yellow Belt trained/certified; VSM (any process improvement experience regardless of any statistical tool experience)
• Open to consider lower color belts for local
• At least 1 year of experience handling a project in a client facing role
• Open to IC candidates; handling clients isn't required and focus on communication and internal projects
• Open to ASEAN + India candidates; P43/P44 provision
• Candidates with BT/OpEx background and no six sigma certs may be considered

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of KPI results and train all functional areas on measurement principles
• Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly KPI reports and review meetings
• Facilitate cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and expand the quality culture
• Provide support to develop assets like tracking tools for success stories and lessons learned
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities
