Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI and other BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, IT, and process owners to design scalable improvements.
