Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support to drive process execution, implement new processes, and lead change initiatives within the ANZ Customer Care team. You will train staff, resolve issues, and align activities with strategic goals across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and strong communication to ensure effective process outcomes and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Care business processes.
