Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in Mandaluyong City, Philippines is seeking a Lead Specialist, Process Implementation and Support to establish, test, and deploy new processes within the ANZ Customer Care team. You will train others and ensure process outcomes align with strategic goals.

You will lead process execution, implement change management, and drive innovative process creation while communicating policies and providing day-to-day support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management.
• Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Customer Care business processes.

Lead Specialist Process Implementation and Support
