Job summary

Lotus Development is seeking an HR & Organizational Development Manager to design culture systems, align teams with our values, and foster an environment where people can Gather & Grow.

You will lead culture and engagement programs, ensure consistent rollout across teams, strengthen leadership, and use dashboards and data to drive improvements, including leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, organizational development, or culture management.
• Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, or organizational development programs.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, organizational culture, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
• Ability to enforce standards, manage change, and align teams with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR analytics and AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured culture and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure culture initiatives are aligned, consistent, and effectively implemented across teams.
• Strengthen leadership behaviors and alignment with company values and standards.
• Monitor culture performance through dashboards, feedback, and measurable indicators.
• Guide culture facilitators and department leaders in implementing culture initiatives.
• Identify organizational gaps and address culture or behavioral misalignment.
• Continuously improve culture systems, processes, and employee experiences.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.
