Job summary

Comrise is seeking a proactive Process and Operations Specialist to support operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on process documentation, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and service delivery.

You will create process maps, SOPs, playbooks, and dashboards, identify gaps, and support change management and training to drive adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process and Operations Specialist to support operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on process documentation, standardization, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current business processes through stakeholder discussions and process discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, playbooks, and operational documentation.
• Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Support operational excellence and transformation initiatives that improve quality, compliance, and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities to drive adoption of new processes and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, operational excellence, or a related field.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio or similar process mapping tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
