You don’t need to be perfect, but here are the basics we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR management, organizational development, or culture management.
Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, or organizational development programs.
Strong understanding of HR systems, organizational culture, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
Ability to enforce standards, manage change, and align teams with organizational goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR analytics and AI tools is an advantage.
You will lead and improve the systems that shape organizational culture, employee experience, and team performance across Lotus Development.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement structured culture and employee engagement programs.
Ensure culture initiatives are aligned, consistent, and effectively implemented across teams.
Strengthen leadership behaviors and alignment with company values and standards.
Monitor culture performance through dashboards, feedback, and measurable indicators.
Guide culture facilitators and department leaders in implementing culture initiatives.
Identify organizational gaps and address culture or behavioral misalignment.
Continuously improve culture systems, processes, and employee experiences.
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.
