HG-III Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement/Quality Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into compliant, high-quality procedures and policies. You will advance process design, documentation, and continuous improvement to support strategic objectives.
You will audit, document, and optimize departmental processes, support ISO-related activities, and drive digital transformation to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into process requirements to ensure compliance, deliver quality services efficiently, enhance customer experience, and support the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives and Quality Policy.
Analyze, design, document, implement and continuous improvement-driven of departmental processes and systems including their proper integration with and interface with other systems.
Manage and maintain the Company’s documented information by drafting and overseeing the development, review, revision, issuance, distribution, and control of the organization’s policies, procedures, forms, and other documents.
Facilitates and conduct process review meetings, workshops and inter-department discussions (as necessary) to evaluate process performance, address operational issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist the QMR and/or Deputy QMR in conducting process investigations, when needed.
Plan and conduct process audits and provide support during internal audits, external audits, Management reviews (if required), QMS activities, and other ISO-related compliance requirements.
Prepare Audit and process assessment reports, document identified non-conformities and opportunities for improvement (OFI’s), provide recommendations, and monitor the timely implementation of corrective actions.
Support the planning and implementation of new company programs, process innovations, initiatives, and digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Monitor process performance by analyzing KPIs/KRAs, quality objectives and targets, and operational reports, and evaluate effectiveness to drive process improvement and excellence.
Conduct special studies, process improvement projects, and operational analyses to support continuous process enhancement.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Construction or Real Estate Industry.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Workspace, Canva, and other applications.
Strong communication, writing and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Experience or involvement in innovation initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean, or ISO auditing and relevant ERP systems experience is an advantage.
