Polematrix Systems & Construction, Inc. seeks a Process & Quality Specialist to drive efficiency, standardize workflows, and ensure compliance with quality standards across departments in Metro Manila, enabling consistent, high-quality operations.
You will review workflows, develop and update SOPs, monitor key metrics, support audits, and coach teams to apply continuous improvement methods. Collaborate with process owners to close gaps, document findings, and report performance to management.
The Process & Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring business processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with quality standards by reviewing workflows, driving continuous improvement, and monitoring compliance to support operational excellence and overall business performance.
Reviews existing workflows and operational procedures to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement and standardization
Develops and updates standard procedures and process guidelines to improve consistency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness across departments
Coordinates with department leaders and process owners to improve workflows and support the implementation of standardized processes
Monitors operational activities and process implementation to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
Conducts quality checks, process reviews, and compliance assessments to identify gaps, non-conformities, and operational risks
Monitors process performance, quality metrics, and operational results to track efficiency, compliance, and service delivery
Prepares performance reports and process summaries to support management review and decision-making
Identifies performance trends, recurring issues, and process gaps and recommends improvements to enhance operational performance
Conducts internal and supports external audits by preparing required documents, records, and reports and coordinating audit requirements with concerned departments
Monitors the progress and completion of corrective actions and maintains proper documentation to ensure compliance with audit and quality requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in process improvement, quality assurance, compliance, audit support, or operational excellence
Knowledge in process mapping, standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, and workflow improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and report preparation skills
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Preferably with knowledge of ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
