Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Business Support Coordinator in the Philippines to manage orders, improve visibility, and keep customers informed throughout fulfilment. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to resolve issues and provide proactive updates.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar coordination role, strong English, and attention to detail, with experience in Excel and ERP/CRM systems. This is a full-time on-site position with a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in business support, order management, customer service or a related coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately across many orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open customer orders from placement through to complete fulfilment.
• Proactively identify partially fulfilled orders, back orders and overdue items.
• Investigate outstanding order lines and establish accurate expected fulfilment dates.
• Maintain clear information on order status, lead times and delivery dates.
• Escalate significant fulfilment risks to internal stakeholders.
• Provide proactive customer updates for delays or back-ordered items.
• Communicate what has been supplied and expected remaining delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers where information is incomplete or late.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to protect strategic relationships.
• Maintain professional customer communications across channels.
• Liaise with Purchasing to resolve supplier and stock issues.
• Assist with identifying alternative products or supply options.
• Ensure internal stakeholders have accurate information before communicating delivery expectations.
• Support broader Mitti Supply team with operational inquiries.
• Develop and maintain reporting on orders, delays and supplier lead times.
• Identify and implement process improvements for order management.
• Use AI/automation to improve productivity and communication.
• Help Mitti Supply scale processes for higher order volumes.
