Job summary

Symbos is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to assist the client’s Sales team. You will handle administrative tasks, prepare quotes and proposals, and maintain CRM records to keep opportunities progressing.

This role is backend support, not direct sales, and requires meticulous organization and the ability to work with internal stakeholders. The position offers onsite work at the Mall of Asia Complex in Manila and requires a dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, BPO back-office operations, or shared services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Able to manage multiple requests with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business documents, quotes and proposals using templates.
• Coordinate internal approvals and follow up on requests.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Update CRM records, opportunities, contacts, activities and other data.
