Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technical service desk roles.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and device management software.
• Experience imaging, setting up, and deploying laptops and mobile devices for onboarding/offboarding.
• Excellent organizational abilities, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily hardware, software, network, and application issues for local and remote staff.
• Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new hires and hardware refreshes.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud apps.
• Maintain precise inventory records for all hardware from procurement to secure disposal or recycling.
• Monitor software allocations, manage subscriptions, and ensure software license compliance.
• Coordinate IT setup for new employees and ensure prompt hardware retrieval and data wiping during offboarding.
• Maintain clear IT technical documentation, user self-help guides, and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors.
