Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support or similar experience.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Manage issuance, return, transfer, and replacement of IT assets.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and records.
• Monitor condition, location, assignment, and status of company IT equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset audits.
• Prepare IT asset accountability forms and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and purchases.
• Assist in setup and configuration of devices for new hires and employees.
