Job summary

TECEZE in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Backfill to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, install and configure hardware and software, and perform IMAC tasks to keep IT assets up to date.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, and collaboration with vendors for hardware repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Experience with hardware support and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software per standards.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; provide break-fix support.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for repairs, replacements, and escalations.
• Manage IT inventory with asset tracking and documentation.
• Image systems for laptops/desktops.
• Support printer setup, troubleshooting and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room tech.
• Deliver VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365 issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot security/compliance software.
• Support Mac devices alongside Windows systems.
• Adhere to defined SLAs and document incidents/resolutions.

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets.
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
• Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
• Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software.
• Provide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems.
• Ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Support after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
